Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to have the opportunity to apply for this position, as it perfectly aligns with my passion for music. Let me tell you a little bit more about myself. I grew up with a deep connection to music, singing and dancing whenever I could, as it always brought a huge smile to my face. As I grew older, I took a greater interest in music, joining as many ensembles as I could in middle and high school. I had several leadership positions in these groups, where I helped other students with the music we were learning. Multiple directors who have mentored me in the past have noted my enthusiasm and outstanding work ethic.

Beyond music, I have always enjoyed the warm and happy feelings that helping others brings me. When I was young, I helped my mom out at the daycare where she worked. She is one of my role models when it comes to leadership because of the kindness and respect she shows others. As I grew up, I often volunteered at my local churches and museum in my hometown. I have always been the kind of person to step in and help out, which is another reason why I am a great fit for this position.

I’d like to share a time when I was able to combine my love for music and helping others: I once played a Disney princess in a musical performed at my highschool in 2024. We hosted an event where we got to interact with young children in character. Seeing the smiles on their faces brought such joy to my heart and a huge smile on my face. I can confidently say that this was my greatest high school experience. At that moment, I knew this was something I wanted to continue– to help others and inspire them through music.

I will bring a blend of enthusiasm and dedication to the workplace and will make it a point to help those in need while doing the things I love most. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my background aligns with your needs.

Sincerely,

          Victoria Bixler
